2017 Scholarship Rewarded : Tamara Milford
After the success of This years Bull-A-Palooza XVII, a deserving young lady of the name Tamara Milford, was chosen as this years Scholarship recipient.
19 year old, Tamara Milford of Nashville,TN was chosen as GAWDinc.'s 2017 scholarship recipient. She was rewarded $600 to pursue her education at Middle Tennessee State University.
To qualify for this scholarship , one had to have a 2.75 gpa, professional recommendations, college acceptance, and had to be a child of the foster care system.
Tamara amazed the board member of GAWD inc. not only with her essay, but with perseverance. Despite her circumstances of not having biological parents, she continued to value herself and her purpose by beating the accomplishments of her "well-off" peers. After completing multiple college credits in her senior year and graduating, she was rewarded with a foster-child's dream - Adoption.
Staying in suit with her stellar character and aggressive ambition, she has racked up multiple scholarships and has already began her practice of saving up for Law school.
